By creating a Skool account, purchasing a subscription, or accessing any course content, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

All payments are processed securely through Skool's payment infrastructure. Prices are displayed in USD. By subscribing, you authorise Skool to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason ("cooling-off period"), provided you have not yet accessed the digital content.
By accessing course content before the 14-day period expires, you expressly acknowledge and consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

All course materials, videos, guides, graphics, and other content provided through Beto Styles University are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any course content without our prior written consent.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the course content for your own private, non-commercial use.
Access to the Beto Styles University Skool community is a benefit included with your subscription. You agree to:
We reserve the right to remove you from the community and terminate your subscription without refund for serious or repeated violations of these standards.
Course content is provided for educational purposes only. Results described in testimonials or marketing materials represent individual experiences and are not guaranteed. Hair types, growth patterns, and skill levels vary; individual results will differ. We do not warrant that any specific outcome will be achieved from using our course.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including Romanian law implementing EU directives), our total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Romanian or EU law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence within the EU. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at betostylesbarber@gmail.com.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Romanian consumers may also contact ANPC (Autoritatea Naţională pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor) at www.anpc.ro.
Our course is delivered via Skool (skool.com). By using Skool, you are also subject to Skool's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Skool's platform availability, features, or data practices.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email or a notice in the Skool community. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
